I’m 喜亭

I’ve taken refuge yesterday, 16 Oct 09 at Fo Guang Shan by Hsing Yun Fa Shi.

It’s was a magnificent event and lotsa details to note esp. when wearing Hai Qing, how to put on one and how to pay yr respect during the ceremony. It’s time to be serious when u r dressed up. lol.

Waiting time was not as long as i expect. I was lucky to be able join those taking the 5 precepts up at the main hall.

Grand opening when Hsing Yun Fa shi “march in”. He looks and sounds so　慈祥. so 爷爷. I’m glad to be able to see him in person. I din manage to follow their 炉香赞。cos it’s in singing and very draggy. i duno how.lol.

During the cermony, i only felt my foot having heart beat. hahaha. Most of the times, i am having problem handling the Hai Qing when kneeling down to pay respect and getting up. It’s was so comical i supposed. cos at the end of the ceremony, we were coached personally by one of the Fa Shi the proper steps in paying respect and also not stepping onto the back of the Hai Qing when standing up. hahaha. very malu. Tips: To Tip Toe when standing up before resting the the whole foot down.

I heard Hsing Yun Fa Shi. To spend 2 min to  recite 心经 and meditate for 5 min before sleep daily. this sound so heavenly. lol.

We collected our Certificate at basemenｔ.  i’m glad to be named 梁喜亭 which is close to my actual name.

I’m a registered buddhist now!

the real thing

what’s real?

Yesterday was my 1st healing session to external patients !

Patients : 2 uncles & 2 aunties.

Date & Time : 11 Oct 09, 3pm

Location :  LZT Centre

After conveying my intent to Guan Yin Pu Sa, I started slow as usual.

I was focusing on my energy and my intent to heal the patients. All were smooth till uncle sim suddenly grabbed my hand in fact the whole arm. i tink he used “bull force”. hahaha. my boney arm nearly broke into pieces. just kidding. lol.

Bascially, I used my energy swaying circles on their backs, shoulders, hands and blessing them i supposed thu’ out. 

At one pt,  i heard cries. Abit distracted. Reminded myself to stay focus. But the cries were getting more and more.  Then vomitting follows, i sense chaos within the area. I’m starting to get tense up and “bua zai” liao. haha. Shifu could sense my “buay steadiness ” so he instructed all to stay calm. I saw Carlos & Bro Dom was in. Somehow, with the 2 seniors. I felt more secured. Cos i tink the situation will be better controlled. issit i got 分别心？opps.

After the session, rewarded with a cup of DBS.

Personally, I did not fare well in this session becos i was distracted by the cries and vomitting on and off. unable to stay focus thru’ out. 

It’s a good experience afterall.

 

 

 

 

tired mind

Completed and submitted my very 1st bottle of DBS. & i hope it really works to help whoever in needy. for this case, it  is the newcomer, i forgot her name. ops! anw, i await her feedback on my DBS.

This week has been a very taxing & stressful week at work. nothing seems to go right and i dun feel like mentioning a single bit. I MISS MY EX-BOSS.

Coupled with my task of DBS makes this past week hells days for me.

finally, its over.

i supposed i’m very drained and so i’m very tired. even tho’ i tried to catch up my beauty sleep today but it doesn’t seem to help. i went to class with my tired mind and was ‘healed’ again. 

During healing, felt some energy around as usual. esp on my back. overall, not comfortable, feeling hope to end soon. When i opened my eyes, my mind still very tired & very cloggy.

if i’m able to choose, i really dun wish to be here with a mission.

 

 

Da Bei Shui – 1st day

I managed to complete my very 1st day of successful set of DBS yesterday so i’m left with 6 more consecutive days running from today.

While doing my usual DBZ (X7), i got problem in getting it mistake-less & without lapes in between. So what’s more to say for DBZ(x21)?

This is definitely no easy. haiz.

For information, uncle sim’s DBS running into his 5th day liao! WAH, sibei stressed. I cannot get it done even for a single day.

back home after lesson yesterday.

i tink i’m very serious and i very much wanted to get it right and complete. i run through the whole procedure and set my very 1st bottle of DBS-to-be  and the ”Qian Shou Quan Yin” peekture infront.

Aside to Kelvin: Thanks for the “Qian Shou Quan Yin” peekture! In return, he rejected my $, he wants a bottle of DBS. haven start but got order alr. sogood business. HAHAHA.kena stressed again.

All ready, 

i tell myself to be sincere cos i wanted my DBS to be effective. and of cos i dun wana waste my effort and time. since i’m doing, i want to do it right.

i started slow. very busy cos i canot forget the lyrics. i canot lapse.i must visualise constantly thru-out.i must not have evil thoughts. i must endure.hahaha.

Very surprising, i can’t believe myself until i personally experienced.

at one pt in time, while chanting my DBZ. i feel myself having a conversation with guan yin. There were no exact words but i sense her very “bei xin” and makes my heart sunk & very very very sad that i almost burst out into tears. my voice changes as i need to suppress my tears & saddness and at the same time, to continue my DBZ.

Towards the end, my hands were shaking and

i was sweating i realised at the end.

Now i know, a bottle of DBS is very precious. pls handle with care.

done DBZ (x 7) & gyfm.

during DBZ, felt pressure on both ears (quite often when DBZ-ing).

after my DBZ gg on to gyfm, felt vibrating atoms within body.

1st time clear throbbing on crown then felt abit painful.

heat on my back.

felt someting on my left face (next to left eye), out of curiousity, try to peep to see aniting crawling on my face but saw carlos hand. scare me. feeling sudden gone.

today, my mind was peaceful, never drift alot and towards the end, i sudden come back to sense. i realised i forgotten abt my physical body.

the end.

someting interesting, yesterday i keep feeling my head (left) have this static feel. i keep touching to ensure nothing on my head. confirmed nothing. but on and off keep coming back. am i growing an antenna on my head? HAHAHA.

I’m officially 28 this year. Hahaha.

To make my 28 a happy day, we had abalone & shark fins for dinner at Chinatown cos they are my favorites. It was AWESOME!!

so i guess you know what to treat me the next time round.

up-dates

Brief updates on my happenings over past 2 weeks.

last week i was down with fever, flu and cough. a bad one tis time round. Work was bad too. got alot of shitty emails which is always pointing fault at us. sucks. and whats more??  

Sombody complain against me to my boss!!? This is my very 1st time in my working life that such thing is happening. super low morale. anyway, i’m glad it has past and hopes for the better.

Lesson last nite. i was one of the being healed. what’s my feel?

i do feel some energy circulating around during the session. Both my hands and legs are freezing thru out.

I’ve  got eczema rashes on my legs and shifu mentioned before. i once killed some reptile-like creature i.e. snake with my hand or leg that causes the reptile-like creature’s ling to be haunting me. But i seriously dun remember any of such, by accidental maybe. This is why i suppose Dom mentioned that he was pulling out “maggots or wormly thingy” from my legs. BINGO! very gross hor. maggots make my hair stands. i really hope the “duno what creature” can leave me and return my scar-less skin.

I’ve got bloated stomache this past week even tho’ i try to shit out alot liao. HAHAHA. Eugene & Shirley detected my problem tummy.  Today, tummy seems better, not as bloated.

Then, back hm. Do you knw? hahaha.

 I was eager to find out did my other 3 chakra being activated so i diligently did my gyfm. lol. not very long but shld be more than 15mins. felt warmness at stomache. Other than tat, not much feel. i still duno the ans.

i collapse onto my bed and sleep all the way to next morning.

Alright, YESH!!  LZT Event 1 was held on 3rd Sep 09 at the school campus. It was quite a complete one i would say. Tho’ i have no idea how ”JaLan” it was, but i hv tried my best to be respectful and serious throughout the entire process. Shifu’s sms confirmed our good work late that night.

I’m still stucked in office now.

mainly becos someone will be late for our dinner appointment. and i don’t wish to stroll the malls and emptying my wallet once again.

I NEED TO SAVE UP FOR OUR BBK TRIP! and so that is why im still rooted to my chair in my office hitting the keys of my keyboard. lol. lame.

Anyway, today is my first working day of the week. HAHAHA.

I was officially on medical leave for the past 2 days. & do you knw ? It’s real horror to hear my alarm gg off early this morning &  learning the truth that 

I NEED TO GET UP NOW AND RETURN TO WORK TODAY!

 I guess it’s always quite hard for me to warm up my engine after break esp. a long weekend.

I’m glad the day is over. Bye.

i missed the lesson of making of 大悲 h2o some weeks ago.

 & finally i got to learn it real original from Shifu during lesson yesterday. woots. beaming away.

That’s where my great compassion mantra come in handy. yipeedohey.
